What we love most about the Zachary Place is the huge side window!!!
This is the gourmet kitchen island! We did not see this on the original Zachary Place but we are so happy that we will be getting this large island. Ours will be in Santa Cecilia granite, cherry bordeaux cabinets and cherry hardwood flooring.

The model home basement area! I wished that we had a built in bar, but ours will be simple and opened.
The Master bedroom with the tray ceiling is exactly what we got, again another added character to our huge master bedroom.

Alright, Alright, Alright, Jimmy!! I love the selections! A white brick front--I can't wait to see it!! I am sure that is going to be absolutely beautiful! AND the island, this will be my first time seeing that shape. PLUS the St. Cecilia is going to be awesome with your cherry bordeaux cabinets.
ReplyDeleteYes I do love the new shape of the island! It's huge and unlike the L shaped island, this doesn't take up all the space in the dinette area. My wife spoke to the PM yesterday and they should start framing tomorrow and should be done with the framing and roof by next Thursday! I will keep you all posted.

DeleteI was SOO debating whether or not I should get the Yorkshire or the Zachary Place LOL!
The Yorkshire was my first choice and the kids LOVED the model but with the upgrades I wanted, it was way over my budget :(

We didn't think about the cost of upgrades when we picked the Yorkshire! We just loved it too much! Our friends are building a different model and it seems that our upgrades cost almost TWICE AS MUCH as theirs! Ouch! We did go over budget by a lot but we also got a TON of free incentives. Without the incentives, we wouldn't have been able to build this house the way we want it and we probably would have had to walk away.
